Project: Full Day Training Session
Client: Publicly-traded  Canadian company

Situation: Managers were challenged to attract top talent and keep new hires. The executive team was seeking help in sharpening recruitment and orientation skills.

Solution: Learn to Thrive provided a session for managers which included an Insights DiscoveryŽ workshop to help them understand communication and work styles of potential new hires.  Linda also facilitated an afternoon session to help managers understand changes in hiring techniques in recent years and what it takes to attract and develop top talent.

Situation: Having reached rapid growth in three short years, the company had experienced under-developed processes and business development strategies.

Solution: After conducting a complete operational review and interviewing managers Learn to Thrive provided the executive team recommendations for process improvement, cohesive team selling and refined rebranding.

Client: Multi-branch Canadian organization

Situation: As a result of the organization growing very rapidly a high number of people were hired in a relatively short time. 

Solution: Linda taught the team about communication and work styles. She also guided interactive sessions to help the team discover immediate and long term benefits of an engaging workplace and how everyone wins.

Situation: As part of their annual Professional Development Day a dynamic and progressive company sought out Linda to facilitate a session with their branch managers so they could be poised for continued successive growth. 

Solution: Learn to Thrive helped the team clarify the company's key strengths. The management team also learned how to stay proactive with generational issues and life/balance concerns in addition to creating peer mentorship within this fast-growing company.


Project: Consulting and Mentoring
Client: Publicly-traded Canadian corporation

Situation: Prior to launching a very large and important project, the executive team recognized that some guidance was needed for their new, inexperienced and eager Gen X team who were spearheading the venture. Learn to Thrive provided coaching and mentoring for team members through to the successful completion of the project. 

Solution: Linda guided the team over several successive months using principles of effective project management, operational efficiency and interaction with valued suppliers/vendors. This project was extremely successful.
