Situation: Managers were challenged to attract top talent and keep new hires. The executive team was seeking help in sharpening recruitment and orientation skills.
Solution: Learn to Thrive provided a session for managers which included an Insights DiscoveryŽ workshop to help them understand communication and work styles of potential new hires. Linda also facilitated an afternoon session to help managers understand changes in hiring techniques in recent years and what it takes to attract and develop top talent.
