As long as an individual is a client or subscriber of Learn to Thrive, Learn to Thrive will retain all personal information collected concerning that client and will continue to retain all such information for a minimum period of 4 years following the ending of such relationship. In the event that such relationship ends but is then revived, the four year period will start running from the date of such renewal. Learn to Thrive reserves the right to retain personal information for a longer period where such information might reasonably be required for the purposes of litigation or a legal dispute.
