Learn to Thrive does not provide its electronic mailing list to third parties and does not disclose personal information collected pursuant to the above to other organizations. However, Learn to Thrive will respond to requests from legal authorities for disclosure of personal information as required by law.
Learn to Thrive will retain personal information for only as long as it may be required for the above purposes and to fulfill legal requirements. As long as an individual is a client or subscriber of Learn to Thrive, Learn to Thrive will retain all personal information collected concerning that client and will continue to retain all such information for a minimum period of 4 years following the ending of such relationship. In the event that such relationship ends but is then revived, the four year period will start running from the date of such renewal. Learn to Thrive reserves the right to retain personal information for a longer period where such information might reasonably be required for the purposes of litigation or a legal dispute.
On request, we will advise you as to what personal information concerning you we may have in our custody. We reserve the right to refuse and/or ignore frivolous, repetitious or vexatious requests. We will not respond to requests to provide or disclose personal information concerning other individuals, and we reserve the right to take adequate precautions and require adequate assurances as to identity before replying.
